Saturate a cotton pad with the cleansing water and gently sweep it across the face until makeup and impurities are removed. For the eyes and lips, hold the soaked cotton pad over the area for several seconds before wiping gently. Repeat with a clean pad when necessary. Follow with a water-based cleanser for a complete double-cleansing routine, or continue with toner according to your skin’s needs.
