Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all online purchases made through C&C Cosmetics Korean. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that our online policies differ from in-store return policies.
1. General Policy
· All sales are considered final once an order has been shipped.
· We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after shipment.
· Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details and shipping information at checkout.
2. Cancellations and Order Changes
· Orders may only be canceled or modified prior to shipment.
· Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or re-routed under any circumstances.
3. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
· If a product arrives damaged, defective, or your package is lost/stolen during transit, you may request a refund.
· To process a claim, you must provide sufficient proof, which may include photographs, videos, shipping confirmation, or a written statement.
· Refunds for such claims will only be issued after verification and, where applicable, a successful claim with the third-party shipping provider.
· Please note that C&C Cosmetics Korean is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or other shipping issues caused by third-party carriers.
4. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Products
· In the event that an item is unavailable or out of stock before your order has shipped, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
· Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
· The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
· - Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products.
· - Items marked as final sale or promotional offers.
· - Gift cards or e-gift certificates.
6. Proof and Claim Timelines
· All claims for damaged, defective, or missing products must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
· Claims filed after this period may not be eligible for refund or compensation.
7. Liability Limitation
· C&C Cosmetics Korean shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
· Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
8. Governing Law
· This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
