Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all online purchases made through C&C Cosmetics Korean. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Shipping Area
· C&C Cosmetics Korean currently offers shipping within Canada only.
· We do not provide international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
· Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $89 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping.
· Flat Shipping Fee: Orders under $89 CAD (before tax) will incur a $10 CAD shipping fee.
· In-Store Pickup: Customers may choose free in-store pickup at checkout. No shipping fee will be applied.
3. Shipping & Processing Times
· Order Preparation: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and packaging.
· Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier (UPS or Canada Post) and delivery address.
· Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
4. In-Store Pickup Policy
· Pickup is available exclusively at: 1116 boul St-Laurent, Montréal, QC.
· Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID and provide a signature upon pickup.
· If you wish to authorize another person to pick up your order, you must:
· - Send an email authorization to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup, including the authorized person’s full name.
· - Ensure that the authorized person presents both a valid government-issued ID and a copy/photo of your ID at pickup.
· Without valid authorization and ID verification, we cannot release the order.
5. Delivery Responsibility
· Once the package has been handed to the carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the third-party shipping provider.
C&C Cosmetics Korean is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or shipping issues caused by carriers.
