Step 1: After curling your lashes with an eyelash curler, apply mascara from the roots in an upward, wiggling motion.
Step 2: Apply to lower lashes using the tip of the mascara brush.
Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you achieve your desired length and volume.
