This Korean pencil eyeliner features an ultra-slim tip that makes it easy to create clean, precise lines for daily makeup, soft definition, or a sharper eye look. The waterproof formula is designed to stay in place while gliding smoothly on the lash line.

Twist up a small amount of product and apply along the lash line or waterline. Use short strokes for better control. For a softer look, lightly blend before the liner sets. Close the cap tightly after use to prevent the tip from drying out. Remove with an eye makeup remover or cleansing oil.
