Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly, then take an appropriate amount into your hands, massage into a lather, and wash. Then rinse thoroughly.

Apply to wet hair after shampooing. Gently massage into the scalp and hair. Leave on for 3-5 minutes to allow deep absorption. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
